UA Connect Won't launch (2024)

Hi,
I don't know if this ever happened to somebody, but I got a strange problem
I just installed UAC reload PC and so on ... But, whenever it launches it load then, I got an error "Launch Issue : an unexpected issue occured Please restart UAC"
Whatever I do nothing change UA Connect Won't launch (1)
I'm on W10 using a Volt2

How do I got my logs ? and what I'm supposed to do with it ?

What's worked for me when this has happened is to close UA Connect. Open the iLok License Manager, close your iCloud session, close the iLok Manager, then restart the UA Connect.

Yes this happened to me too. Why? Just can't open Luna cuz UAC.
What I did was turn off your wifi or lan. Then Luna would give you that skip button to open Luna.
But can't use those Extensions you bought.
Just don't know what's the meaning of having iLok USB plugged?

I have been having the same issue since a few days now?

I'm on a Mac Mini M1 Monterey. When clicking on UA Connect App, the App opens up but nothing happens. The spinning loading flash appears but it stays on the screen forever and anything shows up (see attached).

This is highly annoying as it has been like this for several days now. I am unable to work on client's project, this is costing me money? At first I thought it could be a problem with UA Connect servers. But I don't think it's the case.

Need a solution asap.

I'd first recommend un-installing and re-installing iLok license manager.
You can download the latest version of iLok license manager from iLok.com, be sure you use the uninstaller app in that package.

Then, un-install and re-install UA Connect:
(Mac) UA Connect + UADx Uninstall / Reinstall Procedure

You should not need to remove the individual plug-ins, you can skip step 3.

Restart your computer, launch iLok license manager and sign in to the iLok account linked to your UA account, go to file > close cloud session, file > open cloud session.
Launch UA Connect, and you should find it now launches fine for you.

I plugged the iLok USB to the Mac mini instead of the monitor's USB port and worked smoothly now.
Or maybe some other reasons I'm not sure cause I did a lots of adjustments.
I suspecting that this is mainly caused by the iLok connection instead of UA Connections.

Luna has become unusable for me. It worked after a period of not working this morning. Now in the afternoon UA Connect is just not opening again so I can’t work on my latest project. Please sort this out ASAP.

Works perfectly here. Work with Support on finding/solving your issue, I'm sure they'll get you sorted.

This is now happening to me on 2021 iMac running Ventura 13.4. It was working earlier today. Now I can't open Luna because it gets stuck trying to open connect.

Don't plug the iLok USB to any extended USB Ports. Just plug directly to the the Mac's USB.
That's what I did seems more smooth. But not sure that's the solution.

I don’t have usb ilok, just the ilok over the cloud.
