UA Connect loading forever (2024)

I buy new PC, but I dont know why UA Connect not connecting like loading forever. I try to run it to my old laptop its the same, But unfortunately, I success to install Volt driver to my laptop a few month ago. But now, I cannot install driver for my Volt 1. I cannot use it with ableton now. anyone help me please.

Make sure you install the latest UAD connect version.

install the latest version just released of UAD connect Version (UA_Connect_1_3_1_1657_Win )

I had the same issue - UA Connect wouldn't launch correctly. I have Windows 10. I can't be sure that the following was the definitive fix for it, but here are some things that lead to resolving this issue. I noticed that I had a Microsoft cumulative patch from 2019 that hadn't successfully applied. When I tried to reapply it, it still failed. I ended up reapplying the "Microsoft Creators Update". Note, I had to change my registry setting for "PortableOperatingSystem" to 0 (for some reason this was set to 1, even though I have a desktop). After Creators update was applied, UA connect launched perfectly. Again, I'm not sure if the issue with the Cumulative Patch was causing the problem, but after applying the Creator Update, UA Connect launched instantly. Since you have a new PC, this might not be the issue, but you could try the steps above to see if it helps.

My problem now is that I'm not able to Redeem My Plug-ins. UA support hasn't got back to me yet on this (it's been 7 days).

I have the same situation, both LUNA and the 90-day UAD Spark I just subscribed disappeared in the UA Connect interface, even though I am a Windows user and can not use LUNA.

I've also already Uninstall/Install UA Connent, but nothing is happening.

A similar thing is happening to me. Although I haven’t even been able to launch UA connect ONCE to register my volt 2. I’ve tried to uninstall reinstall on my Mac, but still have had no luck…. This isn’t a hobby for me either, recording and producing is my full time job. I need this to work soon because this is disrupting my creative flow and time…

I solved on Windows 11 turning OFF disk write caching while inslalling UAConnect. After installation I turned it ON again.

  1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
  2. Click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
  3. Expand Disk Drives.
  4. Right-click the drive on which you want to turn disk write caching on or off, and then click Properties.
  5. Click the Policies tab.
  6. Click to clear the Enable write caching on the disk check box.
  7. Click OK.

After last update for LUNA and UA Connect everything was working really well. Yesterday, opened UA Connect and getting the turning circle of death. Today, back to all is well with no changes to system software or configuration.

I have the same issue: runs smooth for a while and then the endless loading screen starts kicking in, doesn't matter if reinstalled or not - M1 Venutura

I got some crashes while loading my DAW since last Spark update. Deleted the effects out of my session and everything opened like usual again.
Please Help.
Its the update with LA2L update and new Waterfall demo being available for me.
