@dutchguytoofly @MediacomSupport They’re actually dealing with a massive outage. When they duck calls, that’s when they have the automated system tell you that there’s a potential report of an outage in the area but they only let you use the automated system and never let you speak to a rep.

@Kilith4 @MediacomSupport I’ve been with Mediacom for over a decade because it’s the only option in my area until I can get fiber optics. This isn’t my first rodeo with them. They have a lot of outages, and the absolute worst customer service. Defend them if you want, but you’re in the minority there.

@IAMinifan @MediacomSupport They won’t respond. This is what they’re known for. Disappearing when they have an outage of any kind.

@MediacomSupport I can certainly understand how frustrating this must be. First, I want you to unplug your router for 30 seconds. Once it’s back, I will send a signal to your router. That should fix it. If not, we will get a technician out there in 6 months.

@MediacomSupport Thank you for responding, however, keep in mind I can cancel my cable and save almost $200 a month and watch Court TV & KARE 11 without an issue.

@MediacomCable Don't use Mediacom internet service. It is terrible, and their customer service is horrendous. I had to cancel service the first week that I had it. Then they ripped me off $59.99 that was supposed to be refunded. Get Metronet service as it actually works unlike Mediacom.

Tried chatting with a live agent about a couple billing questions but all they did was give me a number to call. I'm using the live chat for a reason, I'd be calling if I was able to. @MediacomSupport your agents didn't seem to want to support me
