Hello Daskew78,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We've reviewed your question and it looks like you are unable to connect multiple devices to a Wi-Fi network. It's understandable that you'd want this resolved, so allow us to assist with that. Since this is occurring with more than one device, it’s likely that the issue is with the modem or router setup itself and how it interacts with your devices running iOS 15. Please try the appropriate steps in this help article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network.
If you have follow-up questions, please let us know. We're here for you. Have a fantastic day!

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, the last option resolved it on my phone. It's funny how it's not just happening on my phone but my brothers as well (different iphone, different apple ID but still iOS 15).
Clearly something going on with iOS 15 for this to happen.
Cheers.

Hi,
This is not resolved.
I chose to "forget" the network and it's now not showing up again. It should show up regardless of if I have the password stored.
So it appears when resetting the network settings the WiFi 6 network discovery is only temporary.

Thanks for getting back with us again, Daskew78. To confirm this behavior, if you reset the network settings again, does it reappear? We'd like to see if this is a repeatable behavior or if that was just a fluke before.
Please let us know. Thanks and have a good reset of your day.

Hi,
Yes, the behaviour is consistent in that if I reset the network it re-appears for a limited amount of time.
If I don't re-login the SSID will eventually disappear never to be seen again (until resetting the network settings again).
If I do log in it will re-login to the network every time, but if I tell it to not auto-join it doesn't appear in the list of "My networks" again so I cannot get access to it again without resetting the network.
The same goes for if I forget the network, it's never to be seen again unless I reset the network.
It will only consistently join if I log in before it disappears and doesn't remove it from auto-join or forget it.
I've even tried logging into a hidden network with the correct credentials (even though it's not hidden) and it won't let me on.
I hope that helps.
Thanks.

Can't be bothered... have them call me. I've spent £1200 on this phone, I think it's the least you can do!

As an update, I reset again just now and was re-logging into various WiFi networks to store them again. After about a minute it disappeared again so it doesn't take long to replicate.
